The chassis is laser cut from .090" 3003H14
high conductivity aluminum and features fully welded corners with a solid bottom
of the same material. Cabinetry is constructed using finger jointed 3/4" Baltic
Birch plywood & is covered in our signature checkerboard burgundy vinyl. We employ turret board construction on 1/8" thick
glass-epoxy boards with minimal point to
point wiring and NO printed circuits. All internal wiring is meticulously hand crafted using silver plated, stranded copper conductor wire
that features a high temperature Teflon
insulation (Alpha Wire 58xx series). JJ Electronics
tubes, stock & custom wound Hammond Transformers, SBE Orange
Drop 716P high performance signal capacitors and high precision, low noise, metal film
resistors contribute to a quiet running, reliable design that will perform for
years to come.
